The Carrara building lobbies and rest room projects consisted of complete renovation of a 4-story atrium lobby. The raised interior planters were removed completely with concrete walls and nearly 50 cubic yards of planting soil being removed to create seating areas for the building tenants. New maple veneers were applied to all the wood paneling including a new S curve shaped kiosk for the building directory.

Coordination of all new LED lighting and elevator fronts complete the new interior skin. The upper floor elevator landing had sagged up to 3” which all needed to be repaired and leveled to receive the new glass and stainless steel railings. In addition to the massive lobby renovation, six sets of men’s and women’s rest rooms were renovated with new tile, counter tops, tile floors and walls and stainless partitions.
