AECOM consisted of a complete remodel of existing occupied space for a company changing its business model and condensing their space. The schedule was phased and aggressive, and based on the client needs, became quite fluid due to common area usage and the owner’s furniture and technology vendors. Challenges included integrating the new technology upgrades, replacement of the phone/data system, coordinating the new fiber optic upgrade to the building and keeping their server room operational while relocating it.
