Converting raw space into a warm, upscale, and modern health food restaurant was a labor of love for Edifice. The team worked custom hours to avoid any interruption to an adjacent training center, and incorporated numerous recycled resources into a beautifully warm restaurant, including tables from recycled flooring and old woods, and recycling existing kitchen equipment.

Just one of the unique challenges was installing floor sinks through three feet of concrete to ensure Silvi’s staff had what they needed in just the right spot.
