Innospec is a high end office tenant finish which started out as a budget estimate for the new client and resulted into a complete demo of the original space and new build out for the end user Innospec. Meetings were held with the client and property manager to determine viability to design and complete the construction of their new corporate headquarters by the end the year.
The aggressive construction was commenced with a demolition permit while the final design drawings were completed by the design team. The project has numerous glass walls and doors throughout which gives the office space a very open feel. Executives have their private area with personal restrooms, lockers, break rooms and a server room with plenty of expansion capability.
