About Skin Dermatology is a medical office project which consolidated two offices into one central location. Edifice was brought on board to provide design assist and value engineering from initial conceptual drawings with the help of our selected millwork, plumbing, HVAC and electrical contractors thru final construction documents. Once the lease was signed the Dermatology clinic commenced their marketing and scheduled clients.
Meeting the completion date was imperative. About Skin Dermatology became very active in design and finish changes once construction commenced nearly impacting the completion date. However, the critical dates established were met allowing the team to complete the project on the originally scheduled date. The project includes an administration area and call center, Beauty Bar/ retail, Moh’s Lab and Recovery, doctor’s offices, multiple exam, procedure and surgical rooms. None of the adjacent tenants were impacted through the construction.
